Storybook Challenge Ready to Go

All quilted, bound and ready to go to the quilt show. Guild meets this coming Tuesday evening and all the challenge quilts and round robins will be revealed. Always lots of fun - we have such talented quilters in our group.
A little closeup of part of the piece. The colors don't appear as rich as they really are actually. It was fun to do this little thing. (Click to enlarge)

I too love yours Carol, I picked the storybook called Rainbow Fish for my creation for the challenge. I was a little more work than I thought it would be, but now that it is done I am happy with it. See you Tuesday. We are leaving for MSU in a few minutes, our oldest son is getting a special Chemistry Honor Award this afternoon. Hard to believe that on that big campus this little boy from Bay City, gets the award and honor. Leif and I are proud.

Carol - it turned out gorgeous! You always do such nice work - I'm really sorry not to have time to do one myself this year (maybe next year). Can't wait to see them all! Jewels

Visiting from New Friend Friday. Your quilts and needlepoints are just so beautiful. Needle crafts are the first projects that started me on my road to crafting. I will be back to see more wonderful creations!!
