Snowball Star

Snowball Star is all done now and it turned out a-okay.  Took a while to quilt it, but the quilting wasn't hard - just lots of stops and starts.
A corner of the quilt showing quilting and the binding which is done with short strips of the fabric.
The back - only thing I would change on that is to make the first "E" a different color as there isn't much contrast between the orange and the pink.  Almost every quilt I have made has something I would have changed - but that's just being human and nothing to dwell on.  I will get the little quilt to it's new little owner next week.  Hey, hope the weekend is a good one for everyone!  Me, too!

Oh is that ever wonderful. Elle, Linda and I are home from Delaware and it was a wonderful trip and lots of fun. We found tons of fabric shops and Elle had a great tryout with the skating guy. You would have had fun with us girls, we saw quilts in Amish towns and your name was mentioned lots, with Carol would have loved this one and That's what Carol likes to make. OK, mama needs to unpack and shower. Talk soon.
